An Improved Model-Free Adaptive Nonlinear Control and Its Automatic Application

In order to enhance the performance of model-free adaptive control (MFAC) in solving problem caused by interference and improve tracking speed, this paper focuses on analysis research system affected using MFAC method. This method is based dynamic linearization technology, with data which are represented a full format (FFDL) model that very similar actual industrial processes. work, law derived incorporating assigning weights both output error rate (OER) as index. Rigorous proofs provided establish convergence stability. Considering inherent complexity systems, also presents MFAC-OER scheme for multiple-input–multiple-output (MIMO) systems. Furthermore, effectiveness practicality improved strategy evaluated through numerical arithmetic examples processes involving water level regulation circulating fluidized bed (CFB). Comparisons conventional PID methods show enhanced capable quickly accurately desired signal. Additionally, it exhibits superior anti-interference characteristics able respond timely manner changes operating conditions system. As result, ensures normal operation coal saver supply pipe without damage.
